As a professional factory, We have two special engineers control quality.

1. All material will be checked first before cut into parts for molds.

2. Then we will use robot welder to weld the cut pieces into ice cream mould single cavity.

3. All the top of ice cream single cavity will be press and straingthen 1mm on top to make a better joint on panel of mold.

4. The mold panel will be polished after joint welding.

5. The mold will be cleaned and test leakage before pack into carton or wooden case.

6. All the molds will have test report for follow up after sell.

Only qualified products after test could be packed in cartons for sale.
